Leicht handleless cabinetry, Miele appliances and one 35-inch dome over a quartz island. Photographed in our own kitchen at dusk.
Every number on the photo is a piece you can buy. Tap one.

The fixture over the island. A 35-inch white dome lined with metal leaf, so the light bounces warm off the inside instead of glaring down. Adjustable from 20 to 120 inches of drop - over an island this size the dome has to be big or it disappears.

The cans in the ceiling. Canless and 2700K, which is the warm end - in an all-white kitchen a cooler lamp turns the quartz blue. Thirty-two dollars each.
German handleless fronts with a recessed finger rail - the reason there is not a single knob in this photograph. The island is the same system, drawers on three sides.
4Stainless wall canopy. The only metal on this wall, which is what keeps it reading as a feature rather than an appliance.
5Frameless black glass set flush into the quartz. Flush is the whole point - a raised edge would break the run of the counter.
6Built in under the cooktop run, black glass and a single stainless bar. Same family as the hood, so the two read as one.

Low and wide in an antique brass dish - the right shape for an island, where anything tall gets in the way of the person on the other side. It never needs water.
